JOB DESCRIPTION
- Check daily staff attendance (set put finger print and put in payroll system).
- Report daily and monthly staff attendance.
- Assign New Staff to create bank account.
- Oversea Seniority payment.
- Make weekly payment to cooker for staff’s lunch.
- Make purchase approval (PA) for HR dept.
- Set up for new joiner (Finger print, recruitment form, process of document for compliance with ministry, NSSF, Work permit).
- Oversea and request payment for NSSF by monthly.
- Preparing 3 months contract, evaluate staff 3month probation and 1-year contract (renew).
- Preparing for yearly evaluation.
- Prepare staff’s event (Company party or trip).
- Input employee’s personal data at the entry point, and Verify employees ‘profile in case of promotion, transfer, demotion.
- Handle for payroll process and print pay slip.
- Handle for tax salary.
- Up to date very compliance with ministry related to employee.
- Prepare and announce Company’s Memo or other instructions letter.
- Track staff benefits & staff turnover efficiency and prepare the turnover report.
- Oversee on insurance requesting & renewal process of management health insurance.
- Other tasks a signed by HR manager.
REQUIREMENT
- Knowledge of labor law and tax salary.
- Age: 25 up.
- At least bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- Experience of HR from 3 years up.
- Priority for Thai speaking.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, research and problem-solving skills.
