Sales Team Leader-Event team

RESPONSIBILILITIES

  • Meet and exceed sales targets of province team set by the company.
  • Supervise and coordinate sales activities and guideline for sales team.
  • Build up good brand image of the company and product in the market.
  • Develop market of Mitsubishi’s activities such as roadshow, marketing activities and daily communication with customer.
  • Handling all event of Mitsubishi activities in Phnom Penh and Provincial
  • Prepare daily and week report of province team.
  • Make sure all the sales flow of province team that has been set by the company are going smooth.
  • Manage customer relationship to maintain and generate new sales.
  • Work closely with other teams to archive targets.
  • Report market situation, customer complaints and competitor activities to the Head of Sales Department.
  • Build good relationship with customers for resales and referral.
  • To attend social events and engagement activities to build brands and sales opportunity.
  • Other tasks assigned by management.

REQUIREMENT

  • Gender: Female and Male/Age 32-35
  • Experience at least 2-3 years in sales industry (Car)
  • Can travel to the province
  • Can work under pressure
  • Excellent communication
  • Team player, initiative, friendly, fresh and service oriented
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of computer  Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Build good working relationship
