Duties
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets set by the company.
- 20 – 30 quality cold call and invite 2 targeted customers to visit showroom then test drive per day.
- Build up good brand image of the company and product in the market.
- Understand customer needs and offers solutions and support
- Answer potential customer questions and follow up call question
- Manage existing customer relationship to maintain and generate new sales.
- Work closely with other teams to archive targets.
- Report market situation, customer complaints and competitor activities to Sales Supervisor
- Build good relationship with customers for resales and referral.
- To attend social events and engagement activities to build brands and sales opportunity.
- Work with sales team when closing sales
- Meet all sales quotas and goals
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance
- Other tasks assigned by line management.
Requirements
- Gender: Male or Female Age 23-30
- Experience at least 1-2 year in sales
- Excellent communication
- Good personality
- Can work under pressure
- Team player, initiative, friendly and service oriented
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Knowledge of computer Word, Excel and Power Point
- Able to drive car and have car driving license
